sdossantos.brasa@gmail.com
Born in Salto, São Paulo, Brazil, Sandro spent his childhood learning the game of soccer. When he was 12, he left his home and began playing for São Paulo FC. By the time he was eighteen, he was playing for the U18 Brazil National team, and had the honor of participating in the 1993 U18 World Cup in Des Moines, Iowa. Upon his return to Brazil, he attended Faculdade de Educaçao Física de Sorocaba (FEFISO) and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Physical Education. Since arriving in the United States in 2006, Sandro has coached youth players of all levels in Lincoln, Nebraska and Westfield, New Jersey. Currently, Sandro is also training the goalkeepers for Martin Luther King, Jr. High School in New York, New York. After founding BRASA Brazilian Soccer Academy, he began branching out to nearby communities. Sandro's work ethic, paired with his goal of creating a soccer training company with trainers who want to coach long-term and are dedicated to educating American youth has enabled BRASA to flourish. For Sandro, soccer truly is a lifestyle.
